Telecommunication towers, especially in remote areas, rely heavily on diesel generators for power. These generators are expensive to maintain and fuel, and they have significant environmental costs, producing 1 to 3 tonnes of CO2 per year. Furthermore, the logistics involved in refuelling these generators in difficult-to-access locations make them unsustainable in the long term. The need for a cleaner, more efficient energy solution was critical for the telecoms sector.
The analysis verified that the modified component met all safety and performance requirements, ensuring enhanced durability and reliability. Its structural integrity guarantees prolonged service life and operational dependability in high-stakes military applications.
